Return Policy

Products are shipped out in 1-2 business days and tracking is sent via email! We do not ship Sundays, as we are not open! All orders are shipped USPS or Fedex, depending on weight! Under 1 lb, your item will ship USPS First Class. Over 1 lb your item will either ship USPS Priority or Fedex, depending on weight.
Branded Boutique & Tack's Return/Exchange Policy:
Items must be unworn with no signs of wear and tags must still be attached. If the item has signs of wear or is in any condition it cannot be resold, Branded Boutique & Tack Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days of purchase with receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If any of these requirements are not met, we have all rights to refuse refund and will not pay to ship the item back to the buyer. Unless customer is willing to pay the return shipping, Branded Boutique will keep and discard item. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping charges to ship the item(s) back to Branded Boutique & Tack and will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Please state your reason for return written in the package, and specify if you would like a refund or exchange with size and style, with your email address.
